A former Florida Bar staff lawyer, Elizabeth has devoted a large part of her own career to supporting the careers of law students, Bar applicants, and attorneys barred in other jurisdictions who are seeking admission in Florida.

Elizabeth takes a personal interest in the success of her clients, regularly assisting applicants in responding to challenging application questions, developing candid disclosures to help avoid future problems, and advocating for their admission before the Florida Board of Bar Examiners.

After graduating with honors from Michigan State University, Elizabeth earned her Juris Doctor with from Syracuse University School of Law, where she served on the Moot Court Board. She went on to the 9th Judicial Circuit Office of the Public Defender and a small civil firm before joining The Florida Bar in 1999, and in March 2008, opened her own law firm focusing on Bar admissions and defense. In addition to Florida, Elizabeth is admitted to the Michigan Bar, and is a member of the Florida Association of Bar Defense Lawyers.

Elizabeth S. Conan is also a Florida Character and Fitness Attorney who worked as a staff lawyer for close to seven years at the Orlando Branch of The Florida Bar. Elizabeth’s mission is to help Bar applicants reach their goal of admission to The Florida Bar.
