Your laptop must be registered and qualified by ExamSoft before the deadline. 

The laptop deadline to apply with the board for the February exam is January 15th. The deadline to complete the registration process is February 1st. 

The deadline to apply with the board for the July exam is June 15th. The deadline to complete the laptop registration process is July 1st.

What Do You Need To Take The Florida Bar Exam With Your Laptop?

You must use the programs Examplify and ExamSoft to use your laptop for the Florida Bar Exam. 

The minimum system requirements for Windows are 64-bit Windows 10 and 11, genuine Windows Operating Systems, English Language Pack installed, 4GB of usable RAM or more, 4GB or higher hard drive space, screen resolution of 1280 x 768, and scale set to 100%. 

The Mac system requirements are Monterey, Venture, Sonoma, Intel, M1, or M2 processor, and 4GB+ RAM and hard drive. 

MAC and Windows laptops must have an internet connection and administrator account permissions. 

Ipad requirements are iPad 5+ and iPad Air 2+. IPad Mini 4+, and IPad pro. Operating systems iPad OS 15, iPad OS 16, and iPad OS 17 are supported.
